Tayshia Adams Just Revealed Whether She and Zac Clark Are Still Together

This season of The Bachelorette was a wild ride that began with Clare Crawley and ended with Tayshia Adams saying yes to contestant Zac Clark’s proposal. (For the record, Crawley also got engaged to contestant Dale Moss.) And this all happened with the show confined to the La Quinta resort in Palm Springs thanks to the coronavirus pandemic. 

On December 23, Adams and Clark appeared on Good Morning America and revealed they are indeed still engaged since wrapping production on the show about four months ago. 

“I can’t even talk; I’m so excited,” Adams said about watching The Bachelorette air. “It was really beautiful to watch back. You can really see how much love we have and how authentic and genuine we were.” Clark added, “I’ve said it a couple times, but all the reasons I fell in love with her on the show remain true today and just in our daily lives. So it was a special night for sure last night to watch it all back.”

The couple was asked if keeping their relationship a secret has been less difficult given the pandemic and lockdown situation. “It’s been a tad bit easier,” Adams said. “Sneaking around hasn’t been so hard to hide since not that many people are out and about.” 

“Cheers to masks, right?” Clark said. “It’s like the one good thing to come of this. I’ve been able to throw on a mask and do what I want.”

As for whether or not we can expect a wedding soon, Adams says, “We’re going with the flow at the moment. We’re just going to date each other; how about that?” Clark added he wants a big wedding “when the time comes,” but if Adams doesn’t, he said she’ll get what she wants. 

For now, they have been enjoying some dates from home. “I’ve been introduced to Pinterest,” he said, adding they’ve done a scavenger hunt and some activities with singing and dancing. “She’s got some other talents that they world doesn’t even know about,” Clark added. They already have pet names for each other too. He’s “Clarkie” and she’s “the Queen.”

It sounds like this engagement is off to a great start. Congrats again to Tayshia Adams and Zac Clark!
