Surprise: Ariana Grande Married Dalton Gomez in a ‘Tiny and Intimate’ Ceremony

Surprise! Ariana Grande is married. 

The pop singer married her boyfriend, Dalton Gomez, in a small ceremony, her rep confirmed to People. 

“They got married,” the rep said. “It was tiny and intimate—less than 20 people. The room was so happy and full of love. The couple and both families couldn’t be happier.”

Grande confirmed her engagement to Gomez in December. “They couldn’t be happier, they’re just so excited. This is a happy time for them, both sets of parents are thrilled,” a source revealed to People at that time. 

“Forever n then some,” Grande wrote on Instagram to announce the engagement. 

Ariana Grande and Dalton Gomez started dating in January 2020, according to People. “They have been hanging out for a couple of months,” a source told the publication at the time. “Ariana doesn’t want to do another public relationship, so she is trying to keep this one quiet, but she seems very happy with Dalton.”

A source said something similar  to Entertainment Tonight: “Ariana has had some hesitation being so public about her relationship with Dalton as she’s seen how that has worn on her past relationships. Dalton and Ariana are in Los Angeles together during quarantine, and it has been a great opportunity for them to spend quality time together.”

They made their first public appearance in the music video for her and Justin Bieber’s song, “Stuck With U”: 

Grande and Gomez went Instagram official that June, and an engagement came several months later. 

Her fans, like the world, are surprised by this wedding news: 

“He likes keeping his relationship with Ari private,” a source told People in December 2020 about Gomez, saying further of Grande, “This phase of her life has been very quiet and uneventful in a good way.”
