Meghan Markle Wore a Rare Casual Outfit, Including a Perfect $33 T-Shirt

Meghan Markle might as well be the Duchess of Wearing Cute Outfits With a Message.

On May 17, the Duchess of Sussex made a quick cameo appearance in the trailer for Prince Harry and Oprah Winfrey’s new Apple TV+ mental health docuseries, The Me You Can’t See. The series, which premieres on May 21, “explores mental health and emotional well-being with stories from people around the world,” including subjects like Lady Gaga, Glenn Close, and even executive producers Winfrey and the Duke of Sussex.

“To make that decision to receive help is not a sign of weakness,” Prince Harry says in the trailer. “In today’s world, more than ever, it is a sign of strength.”

Meghan Markle appears toward the end of the trailer for a brief moment wearing a cool white T-shirt tucked into a pair of staple black pants. “RAISING THE FUTURE,” the shirt reads. The $33 shirt is from the U.K. brand Mère Souer and is featured in their “Mama” collection. “However you choose to do it, whatever your parenting choices, we’re all doing it,” the website reads. “The greatest and hardest job you’ll ever have.”

As of publishing time, the shirt is still in stock and runs from size small-3XL. 

Meghan Markle is the mom of two-year-old baby Archie and is currently pregnant with her second child. During a video for the Vax Live event on May 8, the duchess may have worn a necklace in honor of her future daughter, who is due this summer. 

In the video, Markle is seen wearing the  Woman Power Charm Necklace by Awe Inspired that combines “the female Venus symbol with a protesting fist.” According to the brand’s website, the 14k-gold vermeil necklace is embellished with a purple amethyst, which represents “abundance and enlightenment.” As of pub time, the $140 necklace is still available in some styles.

“My husband and I are thrilled to soon be welcoming a daughter. It’s a feeling of joy we share with millions of other families around the world,” Markle said. “When we think of her, we think of all the other families around the globe who must be given the ability and support to lead us forward.”
