Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban’s Daughters Made a Rare Appearance at the Golden Globes

Nicole Kidman may not have won a Golden Globe Sunday night (February 28), but she got to virtually attend the ceremony with her family—a prize more valuable than any trophy. As with most guests and nominees who logged into the Globes via livestream, Kidman was at home on the couch, dressed up in a Louis Vuitton gown. The day we see Nicole Kidman in pajamas is the day hell truly hath frozen over. Next to her sat her husband, country singer Keith Urban, and their two daughters: Faith Margaret, 10, and Sunday Rose, 12, who generally stay out of the public eye.

Kidman was nominated for her work on the HBO murder mystery series The Undoing, in which she plays a woman whose husband might have murdered one of the new moms at their son’s private school. Her costar, Hugh Grant, was also nominated. (They lost to Anya Taylor-Joy for The Queen’s Gambit and Mark Ruffalo for I Know This Much Is True, respectively.)

When nominations were announced, Kidman shared her joy in an excited statement, saying, “Thank you to my wonderful friends at the HFPA!!!… these Golden Globe nominations mean more than you could ever imagine.” She also gave a shout-out to the Netflix musical The Prom, which was also nominated. (She costarred in the Ryan Murphy-directed film.) “And THE PROM! All the love to our incredibly talented director Ryan Murphy. I am simply thrilled, elated, and grateful. Thank you, thank you, thank you.”

Kidman also shares daughter Isabella Jane and son Connor with her ex-husband, Tom Cruise.

Nicole Kidman posted to Instagram on Golden Globes night, as well, writing, “Celebrating #TheUndoing at the #GoldenGlobes tonight! ✨ Thank you @LouisVuitton & @NicolasGhesquiere for bringing a little glamour back in my life. Haven’t done this in a long time 💛.”
