Is a Rihanna and A$AP Rocky Engagement Coming Soon?

Rihanna and A$AP Rocky may be hearing wedding bells soon, if Us Weekly‘s sources are to be believed. 

“These two are so madly in love, and it’s true there’s a lot of buzz in their circle about an engagement being in the works,” a source tells Us Weekly in a new report. “Going by the hints Rocky’s been dropping, [it] may well happen soon, but there’s no pressure and what matters most to both of them is to keep building on this truly beautiful thing they’ve got going.”

Of course, take this with a grain of salt—the only people who really know Rihanna and A$AP Rocky’s relationship status is the couple themselves. That said, it makes sense why there’d be wedding speculation: From iconic couple style moments to getting flirty while filming, their power couple vibes are strong.

While it sounds like they’re not in a rush to the altar, according to the sources above, it’d be so incredible if they found their forever person in each other. The two have been private about their relationship for the most part, but ever since late June—when Rihanna and A$AP Rocky were photographed in PDA mode—they’ve seemed more unreserved about showing their love. 

“They’re very open with friends that it’s unlike any connection they’ve ever experienced with anyone else and they see each other as life partners,” the Us Weekly insider continues. “They don’t need a piece of paper to be happy, but Ri’s a real romantic and her friends and family—her mom, especially—would love to see her married.”

Ring or not, sounds like these two are committed to each other. A$AP has already called Ri “The One” in a May interview with GQ, after all. 

“So much better when you got the One,” A$AP told the magazine. “She [Rihanna] amounts to probably, like, a million of the other ones. I think when you know, you know. She’s the One.”
