These Kate Middleton–Approved Beauty Brands Are on Major Sale at Nordstrom
You don’t need us to tell you that the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale has cult-loved beauty products on markdown, but what you may not have realized is that among its hundreds of best Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2021 deals are a few Kate Middleton–approved hair-care, skin-care, and makeup brands.
Other than a well-documented affinity for midi dresses, white canvas sneakers, and ditsy floral prints, there’s surprisingly little information out there regarding the Duchess of Cambridge’s exact beauty products of choice. But she rarely strays from her natural makeup look, and thanks to some serious eagle-eyeing, we’ve been able to uncover the brands behind her bouncy waves (Kiehl’s!), wedding lipstick (Bobbi Brown!), signature scent (Jo Malone!), and everyday rosy lip (Clarins!).
All of these brands are currently marked down through August 8, so if you see something you like, go ahead and grab it. The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale event may have kicked off, but if past is prologue, big names like Charlotte Tilbury and Jo Malone won’t be around for long. (After all, who hasn’t thought of buying these beauty products before—even at full price?!)

It’s been nearly a decade since Kate tied the knot with Prince William, but only recently did the beauty brand Bobbi Brown confirm to Glamour that she wore one of its lipsticks as she walked down the aisle. (The exact shade is Sandwash Pink.) Fortunately, the limited-edition set is too good to pass up.
Clarins
You have to give it up to Twitter sleuths for immediately ID’ing the millennial-pink tube in Kate Middleton’s hand as a lip product from Clarins (the Instant Light Natural Lip Perfector, to be precise). Nordstrom isn’t offering any discounts on Clarins lip gloss this time around, but it is marking down Clarins skin care—and we’ll gladly take up the offers on its luxury sets.
Kiehl’s Since 1851
We don’t know yet what magical rain- and humidity-defying hair products Middleton uses for her signature bounce, but apparently, Kiehl’s Since 1851 has something to do with it. And you’re in luck, because Nordstrom is offering deals on the trusted brand’s beloved Amino Acid shampoo and conditioner this time around. Plus, you’ll also find a solid selection of skin-care products currently on markdown—win-win.
Jo Malone
The kind of perfume you wear says a lot about your personality, and Kate Middleton’s signature scent is apparently Jo Malone’s Orange Blossom—a fresh floral that speaks to her refined taste. The fragrance is one of the brand’s more popular options, so there’s no surprise it’s not on sale, but we did come across other Jo Malone scents and products we’d like to think Duchess Catherine would stock up on.
Charlotte Tilbury
The legendary makeup artist behind countless A-lister looks named a lipstick after the Duchess of Cambridge in 2018—and though we can’t confirm whether Kate owns (or has owned) a tube of the tea-rose pink, we wouldn’t be surprised if something from Charlotte Tilbury has crossed her vanity at some point. Like Middleton’s own low-key makeup style, Tilbury’s beauty products focus on glowing skin, subtle smoky eyes, and plush lips.
