‘The Circle’ Season 2 Is Already Breaking the Internet With Its Mess

The Circle season two is already luring fans back in with its deceptive contestants, unending drama, and high stakes. The first four episodes of the second season dropped April 14 on Netflix, and man, they’re something. (FYI: The remaining episodes will be released over the next three weeks: Four episodes will become available on April 21, four more on April 28, and the finale on May 5.)

If you’re not familiar with The Circle, let me bring you up to speed. Basically, the reality show is Big Brother meets Catfish; it puts a bunch of singles in a house together, except they’re hiding their true identities. Hosted by the hilarious Michelle Buteau, the contestants don’t meet face-to-face with their competition. Instead, they communicate through an app in order to become the highest-rated player and win the $100,000 grand prize.

If you think that sounds messy, then you’re right. Check out the second season trailer, below:

Drama. drama. drama. Fans are already on the edge of their seats and ready for the next episodes to drop. If you’re still wondering whether or not to add The Circle to your queue, check out some fan reactions, below.

Another person joked about the absurdity of one of the contestants: “A woman on The Circle Season 2 is pretending to be her husband as a single father. So we’ve reached peak … something.”

One fan is so impressed with the reality show, that it’s the highlight of her year. She wrote, “The circle season 2 is out and this just made my whole week.. or month… maybe even the best thing of 2021 so far.
