Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck Just Got Very Cuddly in Matching Outfits in the Hamptons

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are running through relationship milestones like they’re making up for lost time—which, after nearly two decades apart, is a pretty accurate way of looking at it. 

After taking a family trip to Hollywood’s Universal Studios on Friday, July 2 with the kids, People reports that the couple hopped on a plane destined for the Hamptons for the Fourth of July holiday. On July 3, Lopez and Affleck were spotted walking around town in matching beige ensembles and white sneakers. Not only did the outfits appear comfortable and casual, but the pair was also getting cozy during their stroll with J.Lo’s producing partner Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas and husband Dan Thomas. Perhaps my favorite thing about the Bennifer reunion is how quickly they’re rushing through every high-school couple’s relationship milestone. First, Affleck seemingly brought back the silver watch that Lopez gifted him during their early aughts days. Next came public PDA. Shortly after, Lopez was seen wearing what appeared to be one of Affleck’s flannels. Now, they’re full-on dressing alike. Summer lovin’, am I right? 

In June, sources told E! News that the J.Lo Beauty mogul was “packing up her Miami rental” and moving her family to Los Angeles, where her famous boyfriend resides. “She will be between L.A. and the Hamptons this summer, but L.A. will be her base,” the insider said at the time, noting that she was looking at schools for her twins, Emme and Max, to attend in the fall.

Basically, things have been moving fast since Jennifer Lopez split from ex-fiancé Alex Rodriguez and started canoodling with another ex-fiancé back in April. Since the pair rekindled their relationship, the couple has traveled all over the country, introduced their children, and laid the groundwork for a serious partnership. 

A source recently told People that Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck “want to spend as much time together as possible.” Sounds like they’re succeeding.
