Gigi Hadid’s Baby Girl Already Wears Gucci

Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik’s baby daughter may not be old enough to walk, talk, or pick out her own outfits yet, but that hasn’t stopped her from donning some of the biggest names in fashion. When she was merely weeks old, she was already rocking a Versace hoodie from Donatella herself, and for Christmas this year she kept warm in a Gucci onesie. Okay, baby, flex!

On December 25, Hadid posted twice to her Instagram Stories, giving us a glimpse of her daughter, whose name and face are being kept private. In the first picture, we can see Zayn Malik’s tattooed hands holding his baby girl. Christmas tree and heart emojis elevate the vibe. 

In the second picture, their daughter rests o her back on a floor mat. Hadid identifies the baby’s outfit as being “lil gucci” accessorized with “Christmas Jordans.” The bib is Gucci, too. Couture on couture on couture.

The Gucci items were a gift from swimwear designer Devon Windsor and her husband Johnny “Dex” Barbara, according to Hadid. The tiny knit Jordans are courtesy of podcast host Olivia Perez and Alex Nachum. When your mom’s a literal supermodel, you can’t just wear any old Baby Gap onesie, now can you?

Since giving birth in September, Hadid and Malik appear to have been very family-focused, spending time out of the city with Hadid’s mother, Yolanda, and keeping to themselves.

Earlier in December, new mom Gigi Hadid took her daughter out for a mid-blizzard stroll. Though she wore a mask and the streets of downtown NYC were deserted, it somehow wasn’t bleak! Hadid flashed the camera a thumbs-up and captioned the pic, “her first snow.” 

Though Hadid has been keeping her daughter’s face off social media, it’s clear she’s documenting her baby’s growth every step of the way, much like she did with her pregnancy. “I’m trying to document it well, because I’ve heard a lot of people say, ‘Make sure you don’t miss it,’” Hadid shared back in July, referring to her baby bump. “And I will be sharing stuff like that in the future. I just am not rushed to do it, and I feel like right now I just want to experience it.”
