Gigi Hadid Just Shared Some Never-Before-Seen Photos of Baby Khai

Gigi Hadid took a quick trip down memory lane via Instagram Stories and revealed some adorable new photos of Khai, her pregnancy, nursery, and life with boyfriend Zayn Malik. And while she was careful not to show her young daughter’s face for privacy reasons, the photos are still a treasure trove for fans. 

From what we can see in the mirror selfie Hadid posted, it looks like she and Malik are embracing the earth-tone nursery trend. And from the wooden block carving on the shelf, we know they picked out the name Khai before the baby arrived. Decorative pillows add a little texture to a loveseat, and in the pic (dated September 8, 2020), Hadid rocks a tie-dye shirt.

Back in August, according to her throwbacks, Hadid chose the paint color for the nursery’s walls, considering shades like eggshell, ecru, and blush, though she ended up going with a reddish-orange-brown shade. She also revealed that earlier this year, she turned “half her office into Khai’s playroom,” decorating the place in baby pink and filling it with a canopy, lots of stuffed animals, and even a tiny ball pit. I didn’t even know they made those, but now that I do…do they come in adult sizes?

Throwing it all the way back, Gigi Hadid shared a memory from over a year ago, when she and makeup mogul Patrick Ta got frozen yogurt “right before” the model found out she was pregnant. 

In other pics Hadid shared, Khai is wearing a striped onesie and a personalized Tommy Hilfiger snow suit. We also have ones of Malik making ribs (a pregnancy craving, not that anyone needs an excuse) and taking their daughter on a walk.

“Our baby girl is here, healthy and beautiful,” Malik wrote on Instagram in September. “To try put into words how i am feeling right now would be an impossible task. The love I feel for this tiny human is beyond my understanding.”
