Courteney Cox Performed a Gorgeous Taylor Swift Cover With Her 16-Year-Old Daughter

Courteney Cox has the sweetest relationship with her 16-year-old daughter, Coco.

Ahead of Mother’s Day, the Friends star posted a touching video of the pair performing a rendition of Taylor Swift’s Folklore hit, “Cardigan.” In the video, Cox accompanies Coco on the piano and stares lovingly as the teenager sings. Towards the end, the proud mom gives her daughter a sweet little nudge of approval.

“Happy Early Mother’s Day to all those out there who are mothers, have been mothers, will be mothers, or love like mothers,” the actor captioned the post on May 8, earning massive online applause from fans and fellow celebrities. “Ahhhh- amazing!! Go @cocoarquette_,” Reese Witherspoon commented

“This is beautiful,” Game of Thrones actor Lena Headey also replied. “That look of LOVE … ❤️❤️❤️”

Songstress Natasha Bedingfield left two comments to mark her appreciation of the mother-daughter duo. “I love how you’re looking at her,” she wrote in one reply. “So much love in that look.”

Speaking of Mother’s Day, the Scream star also shared in the caption that her Facebook Watch series 9 Months with Courteney, which follows 13 families as they share their pregnancy journies, returns for season three on May 9.

Courteney Cox, who shares her teenage daughter with her ex-husband David Arquette, has opened up about her own journey through pregnancy and motherhood on the series. Exactly one year ago, the actor even sat down with Coco for a special Mother’s Day interview.

“I’m so uncomfortable it hurts,” Coco joked in the video before asking her mom to describe her pregnancy experience in three words.

“Exciting, emotional, great,” Cox replied. When Coco later asked what she was like as a child, Cox could do it in one sentence: “Absolutely adorable, curious, incredible sense of humor and quirky.”

“You’re annoying,” Coco responded with a smile. Kids! Don’t worry, they hugged it out.

Clearly, these two have a special bond. Now excuse me while I go call my mom.
