Carrie Bradshaw’s New York City Apartment Is Now Listed on Airbnb for $23 a Night

Sex and the City fans, your time to live like Carrie Bradshaw has arrived. A recreation of the iconic character’s New York City apartment is now listed on Airbnb—for just $23 a night. 

In honor of the premiere of …And Just Like That, HBO Max’s highly anticipated SATC continuation starring Sarah Jessica Parker, Kristin Davis, and Cynthia Nixon, fans will have an opportunity to stay at Carrie’s Upper East Side apartment—fashion-packed closet and all. 

Parker herself will host two 1-night stays in the apartment on November 12 and 13. But if you don’t get those dates, you’ll still get a virtual greeting from SJP upon arrival. Other perks of the Airbnb include Cosmopolitans for a welcome toast, the chance to play dress-up in Carrie’s closet, and a styling session with photo shoot included. “The Carrie Bradshaw character is near and dear to my heart, and revisiting her world for the continuation of the Sex and the City story has been such a joy,” Parker said in a press release. “I’m excited for our audience to experience Carrie’s New York like never before and walk in her shoes, quite literally, for the first time.“

The Sex and the City reboot will premiere on HBO Max in December. Kim Cattrall (Samantha) will not be a part of the show. In February 2021, HBO Max chief content officer Casey Bloys explained to TV Line how the show plans to address her absence: “Just as in real life, people come into your life, people leave. Friendships fade, and new friendships start. So I think it is all very indicative of the real stages, the actual stages of life…. They’re trying to tell an honest story about being a woman in her 50s in New York. So it should all feel somewhat organic, and the friends that you have when you’re 30, you may not have when you’re 50.”
