Bella Hadid Debuted Orange Bangs for What’s Easily Her Coolest Hairstyle Yet

Another day, another new Bella Hadid hairstyle. This time the supermodel is rocking bright orange bangs and an asymmetrical jet-black color. Yes, you read that correctly. 

Is it a wig for a photo shoot? Yeah, probably—especially because only days ago she had a blonde bob (also most likely a wig). But that’s not stopping me from being in complete awe of the look.

So what is Bella Hadid serving here? Well, many things. She’s serving punk rock. She’s serving early 2000s with the thick streaks. If Avril Lavigne wanted to recapture the magic of her “Complicated” era, these Hadid photos would be on her mood board. Women around the country will be replicating this before going to Emo Night dance parties. Evanescence and Michelle Branch surely approve.

So what hairstyle does Hadid herself like the best? “A tight bun or ponytail is always my go-to hair,” she told British Vogue in 2017. “I like to keep my hair out of my face, especially when I’m working because it’s easy and I don’t have to think about it. My secret? A lot of hairspray. And a lot of gel. I used to use my brother’s mousse that he used on his hair, so I stole it and he’s probably mad at me that I did that.” 

A tight bun or ponytail tracks as Hadid’s favorite hair look. Simplicity is key when it comes to her beauty. “Keep it simple,” she told British Vogue. “Skin before anything is where you have to start. My number one beauty tip is take care of yourself, and the beauty comes after.”
