The Worst Warlock: A new audio project voice-starring Carey Mulligan. Thursday, December 17

Friday, December 18

Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom: Viola Davis and the late, great Chadwick Boseman are shoo-ins for Oscar nominations (and hopefully wins) in this drama about an afternoon recording session with Ma Rainey, the Mother of Blues. Streaming on Netflix 

Saturday, December 19 

Christmas Carousel: Read Hallmark’s official description, below. 8 p.m. ET on Hallmark 

“When Lila is hired by the Royal Family of Ancadia to restore their carousel as a surprise present for the prince’s niece, she works with him side-by-side to complete it by Christmas.
