8 TV Shows and Movies That You Have to See This Week


We have an interesting slate of new TV shows and movies to check out this week. The highlight, hands down, is Andra Day’s incredible performance in The United States vs. Billie Holiday. See the other big moments, below. 

Sunday, February 21 

Allen v. Farrow: Read an official description, below. 9 p.m. ET on HBO 

“The four-part documentary series Allen v. Superman & Lois: Tyler Hoechlin is Superman and Elizabeth Tulloch is Lois Lane in this new series, in which the couple tackles their hardest mission yet: parenthood. 8 p.m. ET on The CW

Wednesday, February 24

The United States vs. Billie Holiday: Andra Day is Billie Holiday in this biopic, which specifically covers the period in the singer’s career when she was targeted by the Federal Department of Narcotics in a sting operation. Streaming on Hulu 

Saturday, February 27

It Was Always You: Read the official description from Hallmark, below. 9 p.m. ET on Hallmark
